College Night

 **Please replicate what was done for Transition to Upper School Night**

Kitchen: Please provide a variety of cookies/sweets and coffee & tea for about 75 parents. Five dark colored table cloths will be needed for 6ft rectangle tables, (two for food and three for main stage area) as well as the usual essential (napkins, cups, etc.).  We would like the food divided into two groups, one for each entry way of Disco.

Maintenance: Please pick up refreshments and dark colored table cloths from the kitchen in time to bring them to Disco by 6:15pm. We need two tables to put the refreshments on, one of which should be set up at the top of each staircase by the entryways, in "L" shape like was done for Transition to Upper School Night.  Please also set two six foot tables (long end to end) with table cloths and six chairs on the main floor/stage area of Disco for our panelists to sit.  Also, please add one draped table cloth to side of main floor for handouts.
