Food Service requirements:

Trays of sliced fruit breads, croissants or scones on decorative platters.

Bagels or mini-bagels with assorted cream cheese

Fruit tray

Juice - orange & cranberry in carafe or glass pitchers

Coffee - 4 large urns of regular coffee and 1 urn of decaf cofee; cream and sugar (cream in a pitcher with extra to refill, no powdered creamers)

Tea - hot water for tea in a thermos or urn; assorted teas and lemon

cups for juice

Development will provide plates, napkins and cups for coffee

Maintenance requirements:

Need NINE 6' tables (Doris to provide floor plan)

Assistance with parking. Employees park behind Head's residence? Provide shuttles? Open up field next to Math/Science?
