Wine and snacks for alumni before the perfomance Brian will complete Setup. Basic cleaning will need to happen after the event. Need doors for Student Center to be kept unlocked until 7:45.

Food Service Needs:

Build a sandwich tray with meat and vegetarian options; condiments

Pasta salad - vegetarian

Small platter of brownies, cookie bars or other finger desserts

Assorted soft drinks and juices

Coffee (regular and decaf) and condiments

tablecloths, forks and napkins

Maintenance Needs:

Transport food and beverages to/from kitchen to Student Center
