Kitchen

Coffee, hot water, tea, creamers/sugar etc, ice in pitchers for water. Assorted pound cakes. Plan for 55. We have a paper table cloth left over from College Day, so we don't need one.

Students will be eating lunch in the cafeteria and charge to their student accounts.

Maintenance

*Disco & front doors to Math/Sci unlocked by 8 am with lights on

*1 table outside Disco for refreshments.

*Please set up refreshments by 8:15 am.

*2 tables inside Disco at front of room. (see attached set up image)

*1 table in Math/Sci Lobby entrance area with 1 chair for check in table

Tech

We will be moving around to various locations. We use/need tech in the following locations:

*Disco

*TLC Main computer lab

*Library computer lab & exterior common area computers
