 in pitchers for water. Assorted pound cakes. Plan for 55. We have a paper 
 table cloth left over from College Day\, so we don't need one.\n\nStudents
  will be eating lunch in the cafeteria and charge to their student account
 s.\n\nMaintenance\n\n*Disco & front doors to Math/Sci unlocked by 8 am wit
 h lights on\n\n*1 table outside Disco for refreshments.\n\n*Please set up 
 refreshments by 8:15 am.\n\n*2 tables inside Disco at front of room. (see 
 attached set up image)\n\n*1 table in Math/Sci Lobby entrance area with 1 
 chair for check in table\n\nTech\n\nWe will be moving around to various lo
 cations. We use/need tech in the following locations:\n\n*Disco\n\n*TLC Ma
 in computer lab\n\n*Library computer lab & exterior common area computers\
